The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the reception desk in a professional manner
- Greet, conduct safety briefing, extend hospitality and usher visitors to meeting room
- Ensure all safety and security requirements are fulfilled
- Respond to requests for information, service, and provide assistance
- Assist with event co-ordination and admin tasks as requested from time to time

- Minimum 5 years of experience within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
- To host a diverse group of visitors, profiency in English and Mandarin is a requirement
- Perform work with high ethical standards and integrity
- Adhere strictly to policies and procedures
- Excellent team player
- Strong cultural awareness
This is a one-year contract role with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
