Kitchen Crew (Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef / Chef De Partie)
Responsibilities
- Execute the menu perfectly and all standard operation plan (SOP) of the outlet
- Preparation of ingredients required
- Cook and plate up dishes
- Portion, arrange and garnish food prepared
- Provide assistance to other cooks during peak periods
- Responsible for hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen and work area
- Dishwashing
- Ensure personal cleanliness
- Carry out any other culinary duties as assigned by the kitchen in-charge
- Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment
Qualifications / Experience
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
