Brand Marketing & Communications Management Associate

Description:

As a Management Associate (MA) attached with the Brand Marketing & Communications (BMC), he or she will have the opportunity to be involved in initiatives with exposure across business units ranging from Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking to Treasury etc. He or she will also be involved in day-to-day marketing activities such as marketing budget, event planning, development and execution.


Within Brand & Marketing Team

  • Involved in the execution of marketing communications materials across our Bank-owned assets and social media platforms, ensuring that the campaigns are launched as per planned timelines.
  • Project-manage the updating of Bank Forms, SMS/eDM blasts across business units.
  • Conduct market research and compilation of competitors’ marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Hands on digital & social media platforms i.e. FB, LinkedIn, IG.
  • Preparation of monthly management reporting.
  • Hands on clients' event and involvement.
  • Update operational manual (OM).

Within Corporate Communications & Sustainability Team

  • Assist, support with internal communications and preparation of IR report.
  • Ensure all communication materials are aligned with our Brand Corporate identity and messaging, working in collaboration with Brand & Marketing team.
  • Support on execution of internal communication campaigns (e.g. fundraising, sustainability, internal and external awards) to engage and drive participation.
  • Update operational manual (OM).

Customer Experience, Complaint Management/Resolution Team

  • Update complaint register and complaint cases.
  • Prepare MANCO report updates.
  • Undertake to handle some real complaint cases.
  • Liaise with Customer Contact Centre (CCC).
  • Other special assignments may be assigned by CX team.

In addition, other general administrative support may be required such as vendor liaisons, invoice processing and assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the above team.


Requirements

  • Degree in Communication &/or digital marketing equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
