Job Responsibilities:
- Answer/Transfer all calls in a polite manner with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the SOP
- Listen to caller/guest request(s) carefully and action the request(s) accordingly
- Record all maintenance requests at the One Stop Service portal
- Review logbook, notice board, traces etc for latest information, to follow up accordingly
- Liaise with Maintenance Company on outstanding telephone faults
- Prepare the required reports for the auditors
