Job Description

Homebrew is looking for an experienced HR Manager (Startup) to scale the company’s growth.


The ideal candidate will have experience in HR leadership within a startup environment, overseen a scaling of a team from 10-30 people and a proven track record of effective talent recruitment and management across a remote and global culture.


This role will be based in Singapore, adopting part-time and remote work arrangements.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company’s business goals and growth trajectory for a fast growing startup
  • Compensation & Benefits: Lead HR-related change management as people grow and the company scales, that align with the company’s objectives and industry standards, in particular for compensation and benefits
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee HR functions to support the company’s growth trajectory - including recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Talent Engagement & Development: Implement talent engagement and development strategies for a startup environment. Source training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace that attracts and retains top talent.

Requirements

  • Proven HR leadership experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations across a global team
  • Ability to adapt and execute quickly
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep interest in AI and productivity
