Position: Senior Finance Executive/Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports such as profit and loss and balance sheet for the legal entities reporting as well as management reporting, including analytical review of monthly fluctuations, within stipulated deadlines.
- Prepare monthly consolidation of accounts including liaising with Group’s subsidiaries on timely submission of monthly management reports and review reports submitted by subsidiaries, prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L schedules.
- Preparation of monthly forecasting and cash flows projection.
- Preparation of annual budget and monitoring actual performance with budget and forecast numbers.
- Work closely with Group’s subsidiaries/ auditors/ tax agents/ vendors to ensure that all financial transactions and records are in accordance with applicable local accounting standards, as well as statutory and tax requirements.
- Any other accounting duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA or CPA is a must
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
- Ability to analyze financial statements and to critique and evaluate financial decisions
- Organized, and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines effectively
- Meticulous with a good eye for details
- Self-directed learner, able to work independently to produce accurate results
- Multi-task and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Knowledge in Xero accounting software
