Position: Senior Accounts Executive/Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Full Set of Accounts: Prepare and manage a full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, journal entries, inter-company charges, fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reporting schedules, including bank reconciliations and other financial schedules.
- Liaison: Liaise with government agencies, external auditors, and tax agents to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Office Administration: Handle and assist in office administration matters to support the smooth operation of the finance department.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as and when required to support the finance and administration functions.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy is a must.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Independence: Able to work independently to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- ACCA or CPA holder a bonus
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance and relevant internship experience are welcome.
