Job Description: WSH Training Facilitator
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions and assessments according to the lesson plan and training curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage training-related administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant industries.
