Job Description:
- Support Client Advisors (RMs) in client interaction and attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide ongoing financial advisory service to clients through the compilation and provision of marketing presentations, publications/research reports/investment products/high conviction recommended lists and attend to investment product queries as required.
- Provides information pertaining to client accounts as well as collates reports, prepares client documents and follow-ups with clients, if necessary.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure that optimal client service is provided.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Local Diploma or related equivalent
- No experience required. Training provided
