Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the company's administrative work and support relevant administrative matters during the establishment of the Singapore company, including office space leasing, decoration, and managing the daily procurement and maintenance of equipment and items required for the office space.
- Be responsible for welcoming daily visitors and delivering exceptional service in line with the company's service standards.
- Understand the administrative needs of the company at different stages and actively promote and design administrative service solutions, including but not limited to service operations and event support guarantees.
- Support the group's business trips and daily activity arrangements, assist in planning and preparing various meetings, and properly organize and store administrative documents.
- Be responsible for the daily management and docking of cooperative suppliers and assist the chairman in handling external daily administrative matters.
- Support the company's human resources recruitment work, find the talents needed for the company, and do a good job in interview invitations and interview receptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 2-year experience in Admin and/or Receptionist experience;
- Able to converse in mandarin for lasing with Chinese customer.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, with a positive work attitude.
- Independent and a good team player.
