Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely salary payouts across the full spectrum of payroll activities.
- Ensure effective day-to-day management of HR administrative functions
- Liaise with relevant government agencies as required for provision of details as requested.
- Prepare and review employment-related reports including performance related reports, payroll projection and other workforce-related reports
- Submission of CPF contributions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Address employee inquiries regarding all matters pertaining to payroll
- Manage all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claims, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Maintain and optimise the HRIS system, coordinating with system providers to implement necessary changes and updates.
- Provide payroll-related information and support for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle tax-related matters for employees, ensuring timely processing and compliance with tax regulations.
- Complete and manage relevant surveys required by various government agencies pertaining to human resources
- Oversee the management of employee leaves
- Execute additional tasks and projects as instructed by the COO/HR Director
