- Collect, study and analyse information about customers, sales trends, products and services to direct business and marketing plans
- Enter data into computer databases and other software
- Make calls and schedule appointments with potential clients over the phone and through email to determine quality of leads abd grow business
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain company presence
- Conduct in-depth needs assessment to understand clients needs and requirements
- Working closely with business development and Consultants to ensure swift and professional support of clients
- Working with CRM softwares.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and an interest in continued knowledge of technology as it evolves
- At least one year of related research experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats
- Excellent interpersonal skills and engaging personality
- You have a keen eye for detail and organization
