WEB3 BD Manager/Head (Blockchain Security)
Location: Open to Southeast Asian candidates, with a preference for Singapore or Hong Kong
Job Description:
- Develop and implement the company's business development and sales strategies in Southeast Asia Markets.
- Identify business opportunities within the market and establish business channels. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as product, marketing, legal, and compliance to facilitate a smooth sales process.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years or more of 2B sales experience in the blockchain/Regtech industry.
- Deep understanding of Regtech, KYT (Know Your Transaction), KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and compliance solutions.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain products and markets, with a strong passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing, to liaise with both English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
