Job Description:
- Manages a variety of interventions, programs, and community development projects within the field of social work.
- Leads and guides multidisciplinary teams in the thorough evaluation of casework and group work, ensuring comprehensive and effective outcomes.
- Coordinates and oversees the implementation of strategic community development initiatives, diverse programs, and impactful research endeavors aimed at enhancing social welfare.
- Provides mentorship and steadfast support to fellow social workers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of practice.
- Actively collaborates with external agencies and ministries, forging partnerships and alliances to advance collective goals and initiatives in social services.
Job Requirement:
- Possession of a Degree or Master's in Social Work.
- Demonstrated prior supervisory skills, including experience in managing and guiding teams.
- Ability to effectively lead a team of at least four members, ensuring cohesion, productivity, and professional development within the team.
