Role Description
This is a full-time Compliance Assistant role located in Singapore. Some remote work is acceptable. As a Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day compliance operations and reporting to fund managers and investors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help onboard new investors and keep them informed with regular updates.
- Make sure all documents are complete and organized.
- Help prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including reports, filings, and records.
- Support the compliance team in conducting regular investor screening and onboarding.
- Perform simple checks to ensure new investors meet all necessary requirements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the compliance team.
Qualifications
- Good team player and possesses an excellent working attitude
- Good knowledge of financial markets and financial products
Good knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial statements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
