Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Specialist cum Business Development (BD) professional to join our team in the IT services industry. This dual-role position involves managing and delivering IT projects effectively while also driving business development efforts to expand our client base and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management combined with a keen ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and QA testers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.


Business Development:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting our services and solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and business development, preferably in the IT services sector.


Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent understanding of IT services, technologies, and industry trends.

Proven track record in business development, including lead generation, proposal writing, and client management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
