Job Description & Requirements
- Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
- Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop/Printer
- IT END USER SUPPORT IS MANDATORY
- Troubleshooting the PC's, LAPTOPS, PRINTERS,
- Responsible for troubleshooting in Operating system Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
- Desktop Support through remote access Coordination with clients and customer regarding their problems
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned / required
