We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a team delivering large scale nationwide applications.
- 5 days work week (Mon - Fri).

Responsibilities:
- Participate in user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviour, and needs.
- Develop models of users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors.
- Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve.
- Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support users' goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look.
- Design the overall structure and behaviour of the system, information flows, and workflows.
- Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring the design enables users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in design or a related subject.
- At least 5 years of working experience in wireframing, user flows, interaction design.
- Strong understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient & seamless user experience.
- Ability to work as a team, or as an individual contributor.
