The Role
- Main duties to Manage Indian & Bangladeshi Catering Kitchen.
- Candidate must be knowledgeable of different Indian & Bangladeshi menus.
- Candidate must be comfortable to work in a workers' environment.
- Candidate must be able to interact with workers.
- Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, sales and profit target for the company.
- Provide efficient and effective management of operations team in merchandising, operating disciplines and outlining business strategies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
- Candidate must be a Team player and hands-on.
- Provide appropriate coaching and support to the team to develop a high-performance team.
- Physically fit to carry 10-15 kg products.
- Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers.
- At least 2 years managerial experience in the catering industry.
- Ensure all merchandising, corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operation effectiveness.
- Conduct daily walk-through of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives, customer feedback, and sales comparison and to ensure operations runs smoothly.
- Must have class 3 licence.
DUTIES:
- Successful candidates must be knowledgeable of online marketing platforms. Must be able to successfully market our products online.
