Immediate/ Short Notice
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to directors and internal office employees of the Company
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance of office facilities, including reception area, conference/meeting rooms, pantry and replenish of stationaries
- Assist with reception duties
- Manage telephone and email inquiries
- Maintain and update company’s mailing list, internal phone directories and other general administrative databases
- Organize and maintain of filing system of documents
- Administer travel insurance, including claims and renewals
- Coordinate management’s calendars and appointments with office vendors, suppliers, or contractors
- Organize flight and hotel/dining arrangements
- Assist with visa applications for business travel
- Preparation of Company gifts, Company DND and Research
- Ensure a comfortable office environment and serve refreshments to guests
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or any other related field
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in dealing with expatriates, such as handling housing rental, flight, etc.
