Job Purpose
- Support and contribute in driving best-in-class yield and defectivity performance
Job Description:
- New/mass production yield analysis and improvement
- Product yield abnormalities systematic analysis and solutioning
- Work with modules, Integration & QRA, etc to solve product technical issues
- Product yield target goal setting and forecast
- Participate in new process development and production ramp
- Product yield improvement and related customer request support
- Wafer return electrical and physical failure analysis
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience in modules/Process Integration/Product Engineering
- Possess strong analytical skills, usage experience in ACEXP / JMP /Minitab
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
- Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
