The client is a provider of test and assembly services for a wide range of semiconductor devices. Below position is open urgently.
Position: Associate Engineer (Equipment/ Process)
Venue: North-East
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift
Responsibilities for Equipment Associate Engineers:
- Assigned to perform daily maintenance sustaining for Tape and Reel machines.
- Systematic Products recovery due to system problem.
- Carry out machine set-up, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime.
- Chemical refilling for production need.
Responsibilities for Process Associate Engineers:
- Work with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing/ process related activities.
- Line sustaining for dry/wet process (i.e. Sputter, Photolithography and Descum).
- Execute CIP or project handling that contributes yield & cost efficiency improvement.
- Ensure SPC is maintain and in control.
- Support new material evaluation and new tool set up.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Experienced in WLCSP Bumping process/ Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)/ Plating /PVD process will be advantage.
- Bumping process knowledge on Lithography, Sputter, Etching, Plating, Descum & Ball drop process will be preferred.
