Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our events and services, drive attendee and exhibitor engagement, and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with at least a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience in the events or exhibitions industry is a plus.
