SENIOR DIGITAL MARCOMM EVENT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER
Job Summary
Unlocking ADHD (UA) is seeking a Senior MarCom Events Executive/Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing UA’s digital fundraising and marketing strategy and events across the different channels of engagement and conversion and lead generation. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organised, creative, and familiar with digital and social media marketing platforms. Previous experience working in or with non-profit organizations or foundations in the social impact sector would be a bonus.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to utilise SEO strategies to implement UA communications plans that increase brand awareness and promote our organisation's services/products to the target demographics/stakeholders/communities
- Plan and implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive fundraising and marketing through digital and social media channels
- Develop EDM strategy to engage donors, volunteers and users and subscribers of UA services
- Ability to use data analytics to drive ongoing digital and social media campaigns
- HIGHLY proficient in creating new content (newsletter , videos and visual images, etc.) and redesigning existing content to consistently address the various UA target customers
- Produce Online/Offline annual reports, social impact impact reports, corporate presentations, brochures, other promotional materials as part of holistic marketing plans to achieve overall organisational goal
- Manage and maintain UA CRM
- Build a content library and editorial calendar in consultation with the programme team.
- Undertake and implement assigned projects.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or Content Marketing departments.
- Experience supporting digital and campaign marketing efforts, with a focus on utilising a variety of digital platforms and tools to optimise reach and engagement.
- A solid track record of successfully implementing marketing communications and PR strategic plans, with measurable results.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp and Wordpress.
