Responsibilities
- Plan merchandise/products launches and promotions and set pricing strategies.
- Handle in sales forecasting, manage budgets, and analyze sales performance.
- Incharge promotion strategies, seasonal changes, and product launches.
- Handle and decide for products buying
- Work with Store Operations Team on stock levels and aged merchandise.
- Work with Visual Merchandising Team on merchandise display.
- Monitor and implement effective inventory control to reduce stock holding costs.
- Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to support purchasing objectives.
- Analyse and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
- Possess with minimum Diploma in related fields.
- Candidate with hands-on experience, strong fashion sense, and experience in similar capacity (Retail industry) will have added advantage.
