Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in B2B sales, particularly in the cleaning and logistics sectors, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the cleaning and logistics markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the cleaning or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Wiling to work
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
