Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will support the processing of Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Notes, and Equities for our Singapore (SG) and Hong Kong (HK) Investment Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Notes, and Equities for SG and HK.
- Ensure compliance with policies and controls.
- Coordinate with various teams and manage daily order processing.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle transactions promptly.
- Support new product setup, data maintenance, and pricing functions.
- Manage daily maintenance and reporting requirements.
- Address business queries and investigate discrepancies.
- Liaise with external entities on pricing issues.
- Manage and maintain structured product warehouse.
- Generate reports and performance metrics from data warehouse.
