Overview

As a Admin Assistant cum Receptionist, you will assist the HR/Admin Manager in supporting the HR/Admin Department in the daily operation activities.


Responsibilities

1) Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records.


2) Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.


3) Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.


4) Perform secretarial and administrative support such as hotel reservation, air-tickets booking, purchasing of pantry and stationery etc.


5) Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.


6) Provide supports to HR/Admin Manager.


7) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.


Requirements

1) At least a GCE “O” Level or equivalent with some relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration.


2) Prior experience in Manufacturing/Construction Industry will be advantageous.


3) IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.


4) Independent, meticulous and positive attitude in learning.


5) Have a strong stakeholder focus and pleasant service-oriented attitude.
