Our Client, a Service Firm(from Legal Industry) is seeking for a Client Services Officer.
Location: Central Singapore
Note: 5 days work week(Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
- Respond to clients’ enquiries and manage walk-in clients at reception
- Welcome visitors and colleagues with a warm and positive experience
- Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor during all clients' interactions
- Preparing meeting facilities, and arranging refreshments, if required
- A variety of administration tasks including assisting other departments on ad-hoc projects
- Process documents and assist in handling of documents with different process requirements
- Data entry and administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Reception and/or Administrative work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Word)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Responsible and able to work independently as well as a team player
- A willingness to support colleagues and get involved in things outside of the scope of your role(only when required)
- Positive working attitude and hardworking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
