At Aztech, the marketing team supports and drives the growth of the business, generating awareness of our products and services. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager familiar with the electronics manufacturing industry to join us as we expand our business.
The Job Role:
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns (online & offline), advertising, public relations, media communications, events and social marketing for Aztech’s electronics manufacturing services
- Develop and implement B2B strategic marketing plan in line with overall business and sales objectives, improving brand equity, marketing effectiveness and revenue
- Creating engaging and informative articles and content for Aztech’s website as well as other content marketing channels
- Familiar with the various social media platforms applicable and how we can communicate with our stakeholders through these platforms.
- Drive business expansion in the overseas markets through Marketing Qualified Leads for sales.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and make tactical recommendation
- Ensure branding strategies across all marketing channels and platforms are aligned
- Lead the Design team to conceptualize and develop marketing collaterals
- Managing external marketing agencies to ensure deliverables are met timely and in line with expectations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in the B2B electronics manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of new media platforms, social networking and emerging media opportunities
- Good in copywriting and press releases
- Experienced in public relations, established network with publishers (online & offline) will be advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, able to work well in a fast-paced environment
