1. Helps to implement Company’s WSHE Plan and clients’ safety requirements throughout the construction phase of the jobs.
2. Assist in coordinates with the client and subcontractors on all technical issues and verifies technical specifications are observed at the site.
3. Assist in repares project quality plan, method statement and risk assessment.
4. Supports Operations Manager / Project Manager Construction Manager to ensure that subcontractors are aligned with Company’s WSHE objectives and discharge their roles and responsibilities regarding compliance with client’s WSHE rules.
5. Assist in requisites machinery and materials and coordinates their optimal usage at the sites in particular and company in general.
6. Assist in briefs site personnel on working methodology and operations parameters.
7. Assist in monitors daily reports, prepares weekly and monthly progress reports for Operations Manager / Project Manager Construction Manager.
8. Monitor workers to prevent them from taking risks and shortcuts; intervenes when at-risk behavior is spotted by informing them of their responsibilities and requirements to observe safe work methods.
