- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ascertain resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
