Leading company in the Technology and Telco Service sector, committed to excellence in service delivery and innovation. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day financial activities. You will be responsible for overseeing account receivables, account payables, cash management, and various financial transactions. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team.
Job Description
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Review reconciliation of vendors’ statements of accounts
- Submitting GST quarterly
- Review monthly journal entries as needed
- Review monthly audit schedules
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting including operational controls and reconciliation activities by providing offshore partners with relevant policies, procedures and rules
- Review and improve internal processes where necessary
- Payroll processing
- Prepare LC and liaise with banker
- Special projects as required
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
- Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis
- Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organisational needs
- Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Dynamic, driven and always takes initiatives
- Team player with strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on environment
- Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
