EXECUTIVE (ADMINISTRATION AND EVENTS)


Established in 1931, the Singapore Khalsa Association is a premier sport, cultural and recreational Sikh institution. It is housed in a recently refurbished elegant building which is conveniently located in the heart of Singapore. The Association is respectable and professionally managed and provides an exciting and diverse range of activities and programmes for its members and the Sikh community at large. It also offers a variety of amenities and functions rooms for all occasions.

The Association is looking for an Executive (Administration and Events) to manage its administration and human resource functions and handle event organisation.


Key Duties

· Manage general administrative duties.

· Oversee human resource functions.

· Coordinate matters relating to publications and media communications.

· Manage the booking of the Association’s amenities.

· Oversee the organisation of events and activities.

· Function as a Duty Officer atevents.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.


Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.

· Experience in general office administration and human resource management.

· Knowledge of basic finance will be an added advantage.

· At least two years of relevant experience.

· Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel and Word.

· Meticulous, well-organised and able to work independently.

· Customer-centric with good communications skills.

· Able to start immediately.


Salary

S$2,400 - S$2,800 per month (negotiable)
