Salary Offered

- Responsible for attending to any facility works and M&E installations, including coordination with contractors on repair works.
- Performs in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs & replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.
- Prepare and provide daily & monthly reports.
- Able to troubleshoot for DX & VRV system.
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.
