Job Description
- Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
- Liaise with M&E Consultants
- Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
- Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
- Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
- Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
- Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
- Project Management and sites supervision works.
- Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
- Perform all duties following company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with recognised Degree in relevant field
- At least 8 years of supervision experience of Electrical work in the construction site for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
- Candidate must have LTA/ high rise building projects background
- Able to commit 6 days work week
