- To identify technical solutions for business requirements and able to optimally design the solution considering the client's system architecture
- To lead the development team and guide them while making the changes
- To challenge the solution/code developed by the vendors in case the solution does not meet client's internal guidelines
- To help the developers identify propose workarounds and solutions for production issues.
- To review the FSD and TSD, where applicable.
- To walk through the solutions with users to confirm that they are as per the requirements.
- To review the changes done by the developers.
- To understand the various batch jobs, identify the bottlenecks in the batch execution and come up with performance tuning solutions.
- To perform audit of codes delivered by the other team members or vendor resources.
