Job Responsibilities
- Oversees daily Sales activities for physical retail channels, including mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers.
- Leads the distribution team to achieve key performance indicators, such as dealer sell-out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Manages the distribution budget to ensure return on investment and achieve set goals.
- Works closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implements changes and improvements to boost operational efficiency.
- Conducts detailed analysis of business performance by channel and product to drive profitability.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a diploma or degree in related field.
- Possess experience in sales and Business/ Sales & marketing
- Possess experience within consumer electronics industry
- Location: East region
