Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for BYD’s electric vehicles in the Singaporean market.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Generate leads through networking, events, and direct outreach. - Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and business partners.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits and features of BYD’s EV offerings.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to electric vehicles.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support product development and marketing strategies. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
- Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Singapore automotive market and electric vehicle trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
