Senior Accountant
Leading real estate developer is seeking Senior Accountant to contribute to ther continued success in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of balance sheets, bank reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, tax filings, and audits.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and conduct in-depth analysis of revenue performance, profit & loss statements, and operating variances.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting & partial FP&A with a strong focus on the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle, Netsuite, Cognos) and financial modeling tools.
- Accounting Degree
