Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the pricing of structured products and the generation of daily marketing materials for structured product ideas.
- Prepare data analytics using Tableau, Excel, VBA, and Bloomberg to support investment product initiatives.
- Assist in the automation of various workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate product solution morning meetings, teach-ins, investor conferences, roadshows, and other related events.
- Prepare presentation content and materials relating to Investment Products, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Provide support to the front office (Relationship Managers & Investment Consultants) on client queries and requests.
- Coordinate the launch of Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and Secondary Placements for bonds and equities.
- Disseminate updates on corporate actions and new bond issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist dealers with the booking of trades, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with the back office on settlement and trade booking issues, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a financial analysis or investment products role, with a focus on structured products and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Excel (including VBA), and Bloomberg is required. Experience with workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
