As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic food industry and contribute to exciting marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote our food products, both online and offline.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing channels, with a focus on food-related topics.
- Support the planning and promotion of events, product launches, and food tastings.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitors within the food industry.
- Help manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
- Assist in analysing the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials, including packaging, flyers, and digital assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promoting our food products.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and product development.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome).
- A genuine passion for food and the food industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail, especially when it comes to food presentation and branding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food trends is an added advantage.
