Could this be the scene for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for a Depot Tank Coordinator to join our Operations team.

You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry. Working closely with our customers and vendors, you will provide customers with excellent service. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP updating for TLS tank lagging
- SAP updating for GR (Goods Received) / GI (Goods Issue) tanks movements
- Conterm updating for tank movement status
- Preparation of laden tank EIR doc, B/L, Cofa and other documents
- To update & obtain SES number for all Laden tank invoices (from SAP system)
- To report Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions
- Scanning / filing of the documents
- Backup for Operations Coordinator
- Assist the Admin Manager to handle any other administrative work in the office
Qualifications
- Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline / GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in handling Operations & administration work
- Able to liaise with customers & truckers
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in SAP
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words
- Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
