Job Responsibilities
- To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
- Planning/scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
- Projectcoordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
- CoordinateM&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff toresolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
- Overseeand ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings,materials and method statements.
- Ensurequality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
- Liaisewith clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors onM&E issues.
- Handleany other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Degreein Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
- Minimum10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Preferablywith MOHH or HDB experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.
