Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system designs, processes, and requirements.
- Work with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor or Manager.
Job Qualification:
- At least Diploma in Art & Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related filed.
- 3 years of experience in systems design, analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in system design and analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
