- Managing HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Advising on employee relations issues as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations regionally
- Implementing HR strategies and change management iniativities that align with business objectives
Job Requirement:
- Master or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in international HR management, preferably in international sales office
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations regionally
- Demonstrated success in developing framework for talent development and implementing compensation strategies initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
