Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am-6.30pm

Job Description:

As an eCommerce & Customer Engagement Intern, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions. You’ll work closely with our customer service and eCommerce teams to ensure that every customer inquiry is met with warmth, efficiency, and the high standard of service we are known for. Your role will also involve measuring and analyzing service quality to help us continuously improve our customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across various e-channels (email, social media, and website) with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Engage with customers by addressing their concerns, providing product information, and assisting with online orders.
  • Track and measure customer service performance, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure that the online shopping experience aligns with customer expectations.
  • Support in the creation of customer engagement campaigns, such as loyalty programs and personalized communications.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer service and eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for improving customer service processes.
