Description
• Experienced in working in a Security Command Centre outfit or establishment for at least 2 years.
• Perform monitoring, analysis, and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor attendance records of on ground officers and provide detailed reports to management.
• Maintain 24-hour communication with all sites and with all supervisors and managers.
• Monitor and managing of remote access control points and basic administration of clearance for persons/ vehicles
• Monitoring of various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
• Monitor of video analytics CCTV and response in accordance with procedures.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls, whilst maintaining and ensuring customer service.
• Managing and resolving client’s enquiries
• Recording and logging of all daily occurrences
• Any other duties/jobs assigned by the Command Centre Operations Manager.
• Able to speak and write fluent English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Emails (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to perform 12-hour work shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster)
