- Have in depth knowledge of software quality assurance/testing methodologies and practices including requirements traceability, test planning, estimation, design, execution and defect management
- Must have strong testing experience of BSS Telecom modules - CRM, Pegasus, Selfcare portals, channels , Collection, recovery, Amdocs Suite 9.3 Billing and Rating modules, Master Enterprise Catalogue, Payement and GL. MTPOS
- Have expertise in Functional and Manual Testing, Web Services testing and also have exposure to ETL testing.
- Experience in Project Initiation (Testing as project)/Project Estimation, Project Delivery, Business liaison / Stakeholder management.Team leading skills. Experienced in Managing, Planning and Reporting activities.
- Experience in review of test cases / scenarios for all projects. Daily Triage status calls with the Project teams. Helping junior testers during test planning and execution phase. Act as SPOC for the team. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC is desirable.
- Experience on CR testing, Integration Testing , Regression Testing , Live Testing etc
- Experience in setting up the environment. Experience in release document. Able to create various dynamic reports for customer review.
- Along with the above mentioned skills, also have experience in the below mentioned software tools and Utilities : Have expertise in Defect Management Tools like HP ALM, HP QC, Bugzilla and Jira.
- Platform orientation (servers, storage, fabric, network) - strong advantage.
