• Experienced in Managing a Security Command Centre outfit or establishment for at least 3 years.
• Manage and provide effective leadership to the operations team
• Direct and coordinate the overall activities in the operations center; planning, deployment, and tracking of security operations
• Oversee security operations and manage escalation processes according to respective SOPs
• Act as focal point for any incidents involving security; to prepare reports, take follow-up action and inform the management team
• Provide additional operational support to the management team as required
• Use data to provide analysis, highlight issues and recommendations for operations efficiency
• Train and supervise operations team and ensure that they adhere to established procedures and SOP
• Seek continuous improvement in operation and admin processes
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
• Build winning relationships with clients, regulators and other stakeholders
